Who am I?

Hi, my name is Mirjam Amoraal. Nice to meet you!

When I was little, I was afraid of anything you can think of. The dark. Sleeping alone. Meeting new people. At the age of 16, the anxiety went one step further and manifested itself into panic attacks. Before I knew it, I was in a negative spiral of fear where, at my lowest point, I didn’t even dare leave my home. In retrospect, I can say that my parents’ divorce and trying to cope with my high sensitivity have both been major triggers for my panic attacks.

Currently, I feel physically and mentally stronger than ever; I even run marathons now! I’ve challenged myself in so many ways and still am, every day. I just love the feeling of victory over my battle and consciously choose faith rather than fear. I wish this life of love and faith for everybody.

After years of working in a variety of financial jobs, I still felt an emptiness inside, and the desire to use my high sensitivity and life experiences to help others was growing every day. It has been quite a journey, but I have finished several courses in coaching focusing on anxiety and overcoming panic attacks. I am now crystal clear about my purpose and am delighted to have created a solution that speaks directly to my mission- to guide and support people suffering from anxiety and panic attacks and to empower them to live the life they truly desire.
